These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rtk99 platform. By registering an account or using any rtk99 service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and rtk99 ("rtk99", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the rtk99 website located at rtk99.bet and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including but not limited to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
By accessing rtk99, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have attained the minimum legal age of 21 years, that you are acting voluntarily and on your own behalf, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rtk99 platform. rtk99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of rtk99 is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must meet all of the following conditions before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions will be made under any circumstance. rtk99 will request identity documentation to verify age and may suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of rtk99 is lawful in your location.
- You must register only one account on rtk99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
- You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of rtk99 or any of its affiliate companies.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order from any gambling platform or authority at the time of registration or any subsequent wager.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of rtk99, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rtk99 reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point. Failure to provide accurate information, or failure to update information when it changes, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
- rtk99 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.
- You must notify rtk99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your password has been compromised.
- rtk99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. This process may include submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method.
- rtk99 will never contact you to request your full password. If you receive any such request by email, message, or any other channel claiming to be from rtk99, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
rtk99 may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration to any applicant or close any existing account without providing a reason, particularly in cases where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or collusive purposes.
Deposits and Withdrawals
rtk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All account balances, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT. rtk99 supports a range of local payment methods suited to Bangladeshi players, including mobile financial services and local bank transfers.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others. Accepted methods are displayed in the rtk99 cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to the same rtk99 account. rtk99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods in a name other than the verified account holder.
- rtk99 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of the relevant transaction. rtk99 may adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
- Before processing any withdrawal, rtk99 may require satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending while verification is outstanding. rtk99 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.
- Deposits funded through proceeds of crime, money laundering, or any other illegal activity are strictly prohibited. rtk99 co-operates fully with relevant authorities in the event of any detected suspicious financial activity.
Any winnings arising from a deposit that is later found to have been funded through illegitimate means will be voided and the relevant deposit amount will be returned to the originating payment authority where legally required. rtk99 accepts no liability for losses arising from funds held or frozen pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
rtk99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- All bonuses are credited to your rtk99 account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
- rtk99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a promotion being cancelled after a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, rtk99 will provide reasonable notice and will honour any wagering already completed against that bonus at the time of cancellation.
- Bonuses may only be used in conjunction with the eligible games or game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- rtk99 does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus or promotion. Promotional offers are discretionary and may be offered to all players, to specific player segments, or to individual players at rtk99's sole discretion. The absence of a bonus offer does not constitute any form of discrimination.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry.
Rollover Rules
Wagering requirements (rollover) apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise. Only real-money play contributes to rollover unless specified in the promotion.
Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
rtk99 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rtk99 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, AI-assisted prediction software, or any other mechanism that provides an unfair advantage over other players or that circumvents the platform's standard game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players, operators, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on rtk99.
- Accessing rtk99 using false identity information, stolen payment credentials, or any fraudulent means of payment.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the rtk99 platform or any of its payment channels.
- Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21, or any person subject to a self-exclusion order, to use your rtk99 account or access the platform through your credentials.
Key Platform Policies
Privacy and Data Protection

Fair Play Certification

Account Suspension and Termination
rtk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, or has failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- The account has been used in connection with any prohibited conduct described in these Terms, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- The account holder has filed a chargeback or dispute against a deposit transaction with their payment provider without first raising the matter with rtk99 support.
- Continued operation of the account would expose rtk99 to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk, as assessed by rtk99 at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rtk99 platform — including but not limited to the rtk99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of rtk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any rtk99 intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rtk99 platform for personal and recreational purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any rtk99 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtk99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rtk99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if rtk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rtk99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your rtk99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rtk99 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms serving players in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through rtk99's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration. rtk99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms, with its effective date, will always be accessible on this page at rtk99.bet/terms-conditions.
rtk99 may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the rtk99 website. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the rtk99 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance.
